Surf camp at the Bristol Wave

“Ever since my first trip to the Bristol Wave back in 2019 I was in awe of it’s training capabilities”
It is a surf coaches dream to be able to teach in a controlled environment where the waves are consistent and the ability to see the student and relay feed back on unbroken waves is so simple.
After organising many winter surf camps only to be hit by large swells and strong winds making it impossible for people to progress in. We have finally found the solution! The Bristol Wave!
Here are a few key reasons we think the Bristol wave surf camp is a good idea!
- Guaranteed surf
- Consistent waves
- One take off spot
- No fighting for waves or snaking
- Easy for the coach to capture your waves for feedback afterwards
- With the wave being so similar every time, progression can be measured far easier
- The camp allows us time between sessions to give critical feed back via video analysis
- Great food
- We can choose our wave size and steepness
- It’s in Bristol 1.5 hours away from London on a train
