1 Head to the beach
Newquay is blessed with 12 different beaches to explore and they are the ideal locations for a bit of relaxation. Take a blanket and chill in the Cornish sun, take a stroll and enjoy watching the surf pros at work. Some of the best beaches to visit are the world famous Fistral, the well located Towan and Perranporth (make sure to check out the beach bar!). If you don’t feel like relaxing there are plenty of other activities available including sea kayaking, SUP, paddle boarding, kitesurfing and much more! 2 Coasteering
If you are looking for an even more exciting activity, then make sure to give coasteering a try. It is a great activity for the adventure seeker and requires no previous experience or equipment. 3 Healeys Cyder Farm
For a fun tour of one of the UK’s largest cider producers head to Healeys Cyder Farm where you have a choice of different tours and of course get to try the products! The farm has produced cider for over 25 years and has become a popular attraction just 20 minutes from Newquay. You can take a tractor ride through the orchards and learn about how the apples are grown and harvested, see how the cider is made from apple to bottle and try some of the most popular products as part of the tour.
There is apple juice for the kids and cider and wine for the adults!
4 Surfing
Surfing in Newquay has become hugely popular over the years and Newquay is at the epicentre of the British surf scene. Why not book your self in for a lesson and try this exhilarating sport out for yourself. kingsurf is based in Mawgan Porth and the guys there have been teaching all their adult lives!
5 The Japanese Garden
If you are seeking peace and calm after your time on the waves, make sure to check out the Japanese Garden. This meditative oasis has been designed to be in perfect harmony with the
