April Surf and Sauna

We are super excited to welcome Olla Hiki Sauna to Mawgan Porth this April!

The sauna will help you to connect body, mind and soul in nature…being exposed to the contrasts of hot and cold, light and dark.

Enjoy the cosy and immersive heat of the sauna and then take the plunge into the sea or throw a water bucket over you to reinvigorate and to feel truly alive.

“We’re creating a safe, welcoming and accessible space for all bodies. We want to provide our local community as well as visitors to the south west with an affordable way to incorporate the benefits of sauna culture into their wellness routine.”

Olla Hiki Sauna is travelling around southwest Cornwall from Spring to Winter, providing people with a wonderful experience of sweating whilst watching the ocean, rivers, trees or grazing cows on a field.
