When first signing up to climbing Kilimanjaro, I looked
upon it as a personal challenge and was not intending to fundraise for a
particular charity. However, recently a close friend of mine, Matt
Baber, was rescued by the Midlands Air Ambulance Team which potentially
played a part in saving his life.
When I found this out, I did a
bit of digging on the charity itself. I found out that The Midlands Air
Ambulance receives no Government or National Lottery funding. £6 million
is needed each year to keep its three Air Ambulances operational which
is donated entirely by the public and local businesses. This is an amazing charity and every donation, however big or
small, really will help towards the 3000 call outs a year that lead to
saving lives! So please dig deep and help me to raise as much money as possible
to support this fantastic charity. Link below http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/TomHarber Thanks in
