We are also the closest beach to Newquay airport, approximately 2 miles in distance and only 4.5 miles from the centre of Newquay. There is a local bus service but if you are stuck for transport we can arrange pick ups from Newquay.

Adjacent to the surf school are carparks, cafe, surf shop, newsagents, pub, fish & chip shop and restaurant. All you need for a day at the beach! Watergate bay is our nearest neighbouring beach where you can dine in style at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant.

Mawgan Porth

Mawgan Porth beach faces the same direction as it's better known big brother Fistral beach which enables it to attract some of the best waves Cornwall has to produce (but without the crowds!). Mawgan Porth is an RNLI patrolled beach and with its natural ampitheatre-like cliffs it can be a great place to sunbathe and surf.
